Printing on duplex paper

Printing on duplex paper, printing on flute, and kraft require different printing processes and considerations.

Duplex paper is a type of paperboard that consists of two layers of paper, with a smooth, glossy finish on one side and a matte finish on the other. When printing on duplex paper, the smooth side is usually used as the printing surface, as it provides a better surface for the ink to adhere to.

Flute and kraft are two types of corrugated cardboard that are commonly used for packaging and shipping.

At Gamma Pack, we use the best inks, flexographic ink, due to its excellent adhesion, versatility, fast drying time, cost-effectiveness, and environmental friendliness.

There are some additional advantages to using flexographic inks for printing on flute and kraft :
  • High-quality prints :Flexographic inks can produce high-quality, detailed prints with sharp lines and vibrant colors, making them ideal for packaging designs that require a strong visual impact.
  • Speed : Flexographic printing is a fast printing method, allowing for mass production in a short period of time.
  • Durable and long-lasting, ensuring that printed designs remain vibrant and legible even after prolonged use or exposure to harsh conditions.

Gama Pack created and integrated offset printing on corrugated cardboard, and this activity was added with modern German production lines, which contributed to covering the local market of this product that was imported from abroad,

using advanced technology, modern mechanization, engineers, technicians, and highly experienced paper makers.
