Duplex boxes
The production of double boxes involves several steps, including the creation of the cardboard, the coating process, and the cutting and folding of the cardboard into the required shape.
Two layers of cardboard are bonded together using heat and pressure, creating a strong, durable material that is tear and puncture resistant. The corrugated layer provides the box with additional strength and rigidity, while the smooth outer layer provides an ideal surface for printing graphics or brand information.
They are relatively light in weight
Easy to use and transport.
It is also environmentally friendly, as it is made of recycled materials and can be recycled by itself after use.
Gamma Pack has pioneered technologies for making duplex boxes making the process faster, more efficient and more sustainable. The following are some of the key technologies used in the manufacture of duplex boxes such as computer-aided design (CAD) which is used to create digital designs of the box and its components, allowing for accurate measurements and accurate prototyping, and the use of sustainable materials such as recycled paper or biodegradable coatings, to reduce their environmental impact and meet requirements of environmentally conscious consumers.
